Bioreactor for cell culture The Genesys V1 bioreactor is the ultimate tool for R&D laboratories that carry out bioprocesses such as precision fermentation.

The equipment's excellent price-performance ratio allows users to benefit from advanced control and monitoring technology during the fermentation process at a low cost.

The Genesys V1 consists of a control unit with a touch screen, as well as five peristaltic pumps for greater process versatility, and a reactor unit with high-precision Hamilton sensors. Control features: Temperature control by pumping hot and cold water to the vessel jacket. pH control by controlled pumping of acid and base.

Foam control by controlled pumping of antifoaming agent.
pO2 control by agitation and oxygenation system by pumping ambient air (optional use of pure oxygen by connecting to an O2 cylinder with a 1 bar regulator).

Programmable and automatic batch feeding control using high-precision pumping and automatic flow rate calculation. Control of filling, emptying, and sampling by pumping. Other features: Tool-free sensor mounting and removal system. Magnetic mounting and removal system for agitator/oxygenator. Agitator with integrated oxygenation system. Includes bottle holder on the rear. Integrated temperature control pumps (multiple bioreactors can be supplied with water at 15°C and 83°C from the same low-cost cooling and heating station).
